There is a lot of information available to help you sleep. If you are experiencing symptoms of insomnia or have other concerns about your sleep, please consult your doctor. Look after your nutrition, avoid stimulants (coffee, strong tea) after 5 pm, exercise, if possible outdoors, and avoid blue light from screens (TV, computers, tablets, phones) at least 2 hours before sleep. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule of 6-8 hours per night, establish a bedtime routine, and create a sleep-friendly environment by minimising screen time and ensuring complete darkness in your bedroom.

Pets are welcome if they are not disruptive and can add to your relaxation (nothing is more comforting than purring kitten or sleepy dog resting in your lap).

For optimal results, I encourage you to schedule a complimentary online video call before your treatment. This consultation serves several purposes:
- Completing a health questionnaire in advance, ensuring a smoother session and an additional 10 minutes of reflexology.
- Addressing any questions or concerns you may have about reflexology, my experience and qualifications, and the treatment process.
- Establishing a connection and familiarising yourself with me before I arrive at your door, prioritising your safety.
